On Thursday, December 21, CISMID welcomed Dr. Keiko Tamura and Mr. Tsukasa Soma from the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), along with Mr. Yukinari Hosokawa, representative of the JICA headquarters in Tokyo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During their visit, they toured the Structural and Geotechnical Laboratories, as well as the Center for Awareness and Learning on Earthquakes and Tsunamis (CESATT) and the Center for Observation for Earthquake Engineering (CEOIS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit concluded with a meeting with CISMID researchers, during which they provided recommendations regarding the development of activities under the SATREPS 2021\u20132026 project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
