Project Leaders

"We have to keep experimenting, measuring, and creating the algorithms, that we hope they will be the most accurate when the catastrophic event comes. For those involved in the project who continue to work in the same spirit as they have been doing, I thank them because without them we could not have advanced what we have so far, and especially for the younger ones who have been contributing anonymously many times in the works".

"It's quite a new idea, so far we don't have such a system in Japan. Not only the Peruvian site, but also the Japanese site are waiting for our achievement. So we are supposed to finish in 5 years and provide such a brand new expert system to the world".
"The location between Perú and Japan are just opposite sides of the earth, but we are walking together, that’s quite important".
