Call for Papers: TECNIA Special Issue on Earthquake Engineering
In collaboration with the Vice-Rectorate for Research at UNI, we are pleased to invite submissions of original research articles for the upcoming special issue of TECNIA journal, dedicated to Earthquake Engineering.
This special issue marks the third edition in our ongoing effort to advance the field of Earthquake Engineering. Previous editions were published in Volume 29, Issue 2 (2019), which can be accessed here, and Volume 32, Issue 1 (2022), available here.
Topics of Interest:
We encourage submissions on (but not limited to) the following topics:
- Experimental Techniques for Structures and Soil Problems
- Repair and Retrofitting of Essential Facilities and Structures
- Seismic Protection Systems
- Design and Evaluation in Earthquake Engineering
- Structural Health Monitoring
- Multi-hazard Risk Assessment in Rural and Urban Environments
- Artificial Intelligence Applications in Earthquake Engineering
Important Dates:
- The deadline for submissions has been extended to: October 7, 2024
- Notification of acceptance: October 21, 2024
- Full manuscript submission deadline: January 15, 2025
- Expected publication date: April 2025
